Raw Vegan Banana Chocolate Pudding
2 or 3 large nanners
1 and half tbls raw cacao powder (navitas my fave)
a dash cinny
a dash frontier vanilla alcohol free flavor (not raw..but I don’t mind)
     *may add a scoop or two raw protein powder such as manitoba harvest, e3live, or nutiva hemp- this is the only place where I use protein powders, sometimes I feel it’s good to get a little extra protein boost.

Blenderize.  And Tada!  Yummy puddingliciousness that’s naturally sweet.  I LOVE how the cacao cuts the sweetness of the bananas.  This would be too sweet with carob.

Semi Raw Vegan Carob Mousse

1 avocado (or 1/2 large florida style)
1/4 cup carob powder (I used a bit less..depends on how sweet you want it)
a dash vanilla and cinny

Blenderize! Yummyyyy!!!

Raw Vegan Blueberry Banana Pie

1/4 cup soaked dates for crust (can skip soaking depending on what consistancy you want)
Filling
2-3 medium bananas
1 package blueberries

Blenderize.  Pit dates and press into bottom of a glass dish, ramken, or bowl.  Pour pie filling over top.  Refrigerate till it firms a bit.  May add cacao powder for chocolate or vanilla for vanilla etc. be creative!! I’m just using the proper food combining rules because it works best for my body.  Listen to yours. Do what feels right!

Raw Vegan Flaming Balls of Coconut!

A little under 1/4 cup soaked cashews
1 tbls shredded dried coconut
dash cinny and vanilla extract
Stevia powder to taste (liquid or navitas is what I used)

Blenderize.  Form into cookie shapes or balls!  Let set in the refridge, dehydrate, or simple enjoy right there!!  Again, may be carobized or cocao-a-fied.🙂

Monkey Mash
5 medium bananas chunked
1 tbl carob or cacao powder

Mix with spoon til bananas begin to carmalize on the outside with the powder.  Enjoy!

Low Fat Raw Vegan “caramel” Apple Dip

1 package soaked pitted Medjool dates (about 16 large)
2 medium red, gayla, fuji, or macontosh apples
1-2 tsp water to desired consistancy ( i used the date soak water)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 medium banana to make creamier if desired or sub with 2 tbls mesquite powder

Soak dates for about an hour in room temp water.  Drain water and food process with a half a banana, a little vanilla and cinny and a bout a tsp water (can add more for desired consistancy, i like mine thick) if desired.  Cut apples into slices and dip away!! 
* Or for ‘caramel’ apple pie, press unsoaked dates into the bottom of a pie pan or glass bowl.  Cut apples into chunks and mix til coated with cinny and vanilla.  Pour apples onto dates.  Can warm in the dehydrator if desired!  Enjoy :)  Great warmed in the dehydrator and served with banana or young coconut ice cream🙂 

Low Fat Raw Vegan Banana Dawgs w/ Date ‘honey’ Mustard

3 medium bananas
3 romaine hearts

Date ‘honey’ Mustard
3 soaked large Medjool dates
1 teaspoon ground mustard (i used McCormick)

Process in food processor or blender adding water until desired thickness is reached.

*To assemble the banana dog, pour a little date honey mustard in each romaine heart.  Place banana ‘dog’ on mustard in heart.  Eat like a SAD hotdog!  YUM!

Mango Puppies

1 head of romaine leaved
1 lovely brazilian mango

Cut mango into thick strips.  Place on romaine leaves. Eat like a hotdoggy! 
*some possible other fillings could be spinach, banana, and or other fruits of choice.

Low Fat Raw Vegan Banana’s Foster Smoothie
2 large bananas
12 large soaked medjool dates and date water (more if you like..I LOVE DATES.)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Place bananas, dates, date water, and vanilla into blender.  Blend until smooth, adding date water until desired consitancy is reached.  Slurp as a smoothie or use as dip for celery, dressing for greens, or eat in a bowl with chunks of bananas.  Enjoy the caramel banana goodness!

Raw Cacao Avocado Mousse



1 avocado (I used Lite florida variety)
1 tbl vanilla extract
1 tbls cacao powder (navitas)
1 tbl carob powder (or all carob, now brand)
1/2 tsp raw stevia powder or liquid stevia (navitas or sweet leaf)

Place in blender and blend while scraping the sides, adding water until fluffy and creamy.

Zuchini or eggplant spiralized into noodles with fresh tomato sauce and sliced bell peppers (sprinkled with nuts or olives- optional)

1 bunch basil

4 T extra virgin olive oil or tahini
Zest of one orange
Juice of half a lemon

Low Fat Raw Vegan Brownie Bites

Medjool Dates (big juicy ones)
Vanilla extract
Cacao powder/carob powder
Top with Vanilla mesquite frosting….recipe to follow.

Combine copius amount of medjools with vanilla and cacao/carob in food processor.  Food process until combined.  Roll into balls.  Enjoy!
