Eat one kind of food, one day- not multiple days in a row.
Meaning, if I eat almonds one day, don’t eat them till 2 or 3 days later etc. etc.
Rotate nuts, meat, grains, veggies, desserts, etc.

Gluten
Dairy
Preservatives/additives
Aritifical color
Refined flours or starches
Limited-
Soy
Cane sugar (once in a while)
Moldy foods- dried fruit, fermented foods, mushrooms, teas, and dried herbs
Grains- keep to high fiber grains, rice every once in a while
Keep an eye on-
Grapefruit
Onions
Garlic
Asparagus (because the lilliae family seems to bother me)
